We recently organized a beautiful diamond anniversary celebration. They chose a quintessentially British Afternoon Tea for lunch.

For the savory side, they went with classics like salmon, Derbyshire beef & ham, egg mayonnaise, and cheese & onion finger sandwiches. To fill the remaining stackers, they have celery and stilton bites, dinky sausages, loaded pork pie, quiche, salmon Bellini's, and much more.
 
For sweet they had: Scones (The Cornish way!), mini lemon meringue tarts, Bakewell tart, Gooey Brownie and Black forest Gateau.
This is an excellent choice for anniversaries, birthdays, or other special occasions!
 
We've discovered that afternoon teas are also very popular during weddings!
