This past weekend we got to be part of the lovely Francesca & Hectors special day! Our chefs really did exceed this week creating such gorgeous food which really had the ‘wow’ factor through out!

Beginning with canapes our clients choose to pick the following three canapes: Satay Chicken Bites, Crispy Chili Prawns and Brie & Cranberry Tarts to which we add the Sundried Tomato & Olive options catering to various dietary preferences. Making sure all there guest had something to snack on during drinks reception! 

Moving through to the wedding breakfast they choose from our bistro menu, offering both a refined and modern selection of dishes. To begin we served our wild creamy mushrooms served on a toasted sour dough toast finished off with a dusting of chives. From this followed our Filet of Beef served with Gratin Potatoes, Wilted Spinach, Asparagus & Salsa Verde- this was such a hit across both the guests and staff combined! We sourced the beef from our trusted supplier, Owen Taylors ensuring excellent quality! To finish we served our rich strawberry cheesecake, which is a favorite among a lot of our clients. 

For the evening reception the couple chose classic Fish & Chips, the perfect option after a evening of lots of celebration and dancing!

Overall the wedding was such a lovely, relaxing day filled with so much love!
