This weekend we had the pleasure of catering and running there wedding at there family farm.

Even with the wet weather the views did not disappoint!

Gemma and Richard choose the following menu:

Canape menu:
• Mushroom Arancini
• Mini Yorkshire Puddings with Roast Beef
• Crispy Tempura Prawns with Sweet Chilli
• Honey Glazed Sausages
• Brie & Cranberry Tarts
• Mini Pate Bites

Starter: Rustic Sharing Boards

Main: Trio of Meats (beef, chicken, pork) with a rich gravy, fondant potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Dessert: Lemon Cheesecake, Berry Pavlova and Warm Chocolate Pots

We catered for 160 guests, our staff work tirelessly to make a quick and efficient service consider the size of the wedding!

With the ‘lovely’ British weather we continued to work hard washing up in the rain and with some staff opting for a wellie instead of dolly shoe!

We also offered our services for the evening coordinating, organising the Pizza Van, Fish & Chips Van, Cheese Table, Cake Table, DJ and Photo Booth. Which is a service we are beginning to offer!

We hope that Gemma and Richard have a long and happy marriage together!
