Amy and Shaun recently got married in a gorgeous marquee on there private land. It was the perfect weather for there day! With the sun shining and a cocktail in hand- made by Drink Now, they tucked in to the following menu:

To Begin: Deli Sharing Boards, these were our loaded grazing boards. Filled with local cheeses, cured meats, preserves and chutneys, seasonal fruit accompanied with bread baskets on the table. These proved very popular!

For main course they opted for Roast Beef served slightly pink with honeyed carrots and parsnips, green vegetables and Yorkshire puddings.

To finish they had a trio of homemade desserts: Belgium Chocolate Pots, Sticky Toffee Pudding and White Chocolate Cheesecake.

After a hot but smooth service we were lucky enough to have our own table to serve a staff lunch in the sun!
