This weekend we were luckily enough to be part of Mr & Mrs Andersons wedding breakfast at the Tissington Hall Marquee.

There menu was as follows:

Canape menu:
▪ Fish and chips
▪ Vegetable spring rolls
▪ Honey glazed sausages
▪ Hoisin duck
▪ Brie and cranberry tart

Starter: Butternut Squash Soup with an Ashbourne Baked Bread Knot

Main: Pressed Daube of Beef with Rich Gravy, Fondant Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables

Dessert: White Chocolate Cheesecake, Eton Mess and Chocolate Brownie

Followed by wood fired pizza’s in the evening!

Alex and Frances choose a more decorative table display hiring gold beaded charger plates of our supplier executive linen and it add a little touch of glam to their table!

It was a lovely day, with a very smooth service by our lovely waitressing team!
