Mulham & Francesca

A few weeks ago we were part of the lovely Mulham & Francescas wedding. And what a wonderful wedding it was!

The menu the clients choose went as followed:

Canape menu:
Onion Bhaji with a yoghurt dip (v)
Vegetable spring rolls (ve)
Halloumi with sweet chilli dip (v)
Crispy chilli king prawns
Fish and chips with tartar sauce

Chosen menu
Starter: Thai Salmon Fishcakes with a Cucumber Salad OR Chicken Liver Pate
Main: Honey Garlic Salmon Fillet OR Chicken Stuffed with Gruyere Cheese
Dessert: Wedding Cake served with Fresh Fruit and Local Ice-cream

Not forgetting the Dietary alternatives:
Starter: Vegan Cheese Bonbon
Main: Chickpea, Lentil & Cauliflower Dhal
Dessert: Fresh Fruit Salad

In the evening they tucked into some wood fired pizzas- by the amazing ‘papa leek’

As you can see a day filled with lots of good hearty food! Not only this but there was an amazing atmosphere all day, we even got the pleasure of watching some traditional Arabic dancing- which was amazing!
