On Friday we hosted our first ever Christmas market at Pub in the Woods Brailsford in collaboration with Wild Park Derbyshire.

The idea behind this market was to create an event in which you could experience lots of local artisan stalls whilst having a space you can enjoy with a friends for more of a social event!

We began organising our market back in October, the ladies down at wild park suggested holding the market at their venue and once we visited we knew it was the right place. The venue is within the woods, with fairy lit cabanas and cozy fires- and on the night of the market it felt like a real Christmas grotto.

The market had 32 amazing suppliers showcasing there businesses. We focused on finding local suppliers, many in which we had used and loved! Among the 32 suppliers there was a variety of craft, real ales, food vendors and gifting stalls. All who really brought there A game.

We sold 500 tickets- a sellout. And we have had some great feedback regarding the market and how Christmassy everyone felt!

The weather on the night reached -4! But luckily the fires kept all our guests nice & warm.
